This is insane,instead of fixing the state they just gave it to a foreign country. What a joke!!!!

I think the mistake is incorporating too much of a political message. The simple fact is, San Marcos can’t afford to subsidize Israel at the city level. They should have kept it at that.

In a way, Governor Abbott is trying to enact taxes onto local municipalities to fund Israel. I guess that is a “Texas first” thing?
