      Alibaba needs to get approval for AI deal with Apple first and then it will become valid WSB stock.

      The problem is the Chinese government. They are actively blocking imports of Nvidia and have already put out a rule that states that any company that purchases foreign made chips will be put on a blacklist and won’t have access to government projects and data for national security reasons.
