While companies are receiving those refunds, it appears that many don’t intend to share those funds with consumers, who paid for much of the tariffs through higher prices.

I fully agree, however outside of a stimulus style check from the government there is no way to accurately find who paid what and how much they are owed
Not to mention the tax payers would essentially be paying ourselves. We would just crank up the deficit some more. Not to mention Frump continues to create new tarrifs
Also since all tarrifed under this have be strict down why haven’t we seen a drop in prices. I understand you have the Iranian conflict but the tarrifed were a heavy force for inflation. Seems companies are price gouging now
Never happen. The individuals who matter to Trump already give him bribes but Corporations would get enough that a little 20% vigorish back to some Trump business could be expected since there’s no repayment to the Government and the Corporations already collected from their customers.
