Mohela email requiring payment plan resubmission

I dont know if its just me, but has anyone recently gotten an email stating that you need to resubmit your information to continue youre (paye) plan? Especially since theyre trying to up my payment to almost 500 a month when my income hasnt changed. And i have dependents now so just curious if anyone else is in the same position because im not going homeless over student debt…
