I remember when I first bought Bitcoin, my screen time went up like 300%. Every 2% dip felt like a crisis, and every 3% pump felt like I was moving to a citadel next Eventually, the "chart fatigue" hit, and I just moved everything to cold storage, set up a recurring DCA, and completely detached from the daily noise. It feels like a rite of passage.
For those who have been here a while, how long did it take you to transition from panic-checking charts to absolute numbness/peace?

Anyone else remember the exact moment they stopped checking the charts every 5 minutes?

I still check my BTC and stock accounts daily. More the stocks, than the BTC.

    2. Halfway into my second halving after going all in. Time in market > timing the market.

That’s the real Bitcoin journey, less chart watching, more patience

Soon after hitting the bear market and when I still HODL Bitcoin, that’s when you stop looking at charts
