The goal is to boost innovation, strengthen supply chains, and reinforce Europe’s digital sovereignty.

EU have 0 chance in the AI competition – that game requires huge amount of energy – EU "green" polices ruin any chance for EU to be a factor! More the extremely high energy prices make any money spent on AI wasted!
