Loan Servicer contacted asking for wife’s income!

I did IDR renewal; my wife is a housewife and has no income! Edfinancial js my loan servicer and called saying I indicated spouse has income (I never did, my wife has never been employed).
What gives! Anyone else with this weird experience?
