Its a 2012 honda accord coupe some crackhead lady tried to turn into her drive way while i was in the right lane i slammed on the breaks (it was a residential neighborhood, i was going 27 at most) the insurance said it wasnt my fault but im afraid my car will be deemed a total loss there doesnt look to be any frame damage and the impact bar looks fine, the tow truck driver said it looks like a low speed low impact accident. Please let me know if you think this car is done with. By the way i bought it 2 days ago for 11k 10k market(allstate is my insurance company)

It’s a 14 year old vehicle. It’s possible, if not likely, subject to information not provided, that it’s going to be a total loss. But as pointed out – you haven’t given much information.
Did you purchase GAP?
Well with that rude description of the other driver, and no photos, who knows?
If the airbags deployed it will be totaled.
