      I have so many questions about Celsius. Do they think we're at a bottom and so it's worth paying off debt so the assets will increase in value soon? We can all hope so.
      It's very, very unusual for a company that expects to go bankrupt to start paying off debt. In fact, I can't think of any companies that have ever done that. Please comment if you know of any.
      I've kinda accepted that my coins are lost to Celsius, but I'm still ever so slightly hopefull that they will pull through.
      I just hope that they've learned a valuable lesson and we get our initial investment back at the very least.

      why lay off 25% of your workforce and pay off some debt if you plan to go bankrupt? seems like they are attempting to survive, which means our money is not gone forever.

      Its not about polishing a gem. Its about lancing a boil, never pleasant. Its Crypto(De-Fi,Ce-Fi) vs Trad-Fi. We are only as strong as our weakest link. If it wasnt for Coinbase I wouldnt be here Hodling now. I learned so much. De-Fi needs Ce-Fi

      take profits……..sure…………if you bought in the last month and expect the market to keep tanking, otherwise you have no profits only big losses and that's most investors in most things crypto right now……………kinda pisses me when everyone has taken a hammering over the past 6 months and you call "take profits" the moment something goes up a few cents

      I think it's a nice thought, except all the problems didn't just happen out of the blue, they were caused by greedy criminals, everthing doesn't happen for a reason , things happen because of a reason, usually someone's terrible intentions!!!

      Regarding Celsius, it always seemed to me that Alex M always had too much influence (no one in Celsius dared to argue with him), but, at the same time he gave too much power to those under him. Who decided to take all those unnecessary risks and risky plays? There should have been someone overseeing and taking accountability.
      I put a percentage of my savings in Celsius as it was marketed as a safe play. I had no idea I was investing into degenomics. (Was this the real reason that Celsius had to move headoffice from UK?). It seems to me it was hubris over proper risk management.
      If Celsius 'did what it said on the tin'
      the platform would still be thriving.
      There is no reason why Celsius can't survive, but the rot needs to be removed.
      Celsius is worth saving I would say, but don't call me a bloody Celsian!!
      Simon Dixon is the best hope by far

      not sure why Bitcoin is hovering around $20K and Ethereum around $1100 – has been doing this for awhile so i suspect manipulation to make it
      appear OK (when in reality it should be crashing even further) – i am hoping it crashes like another 70 to 90% and soon (we need more Celsius, 3AC and Voyager issues to occur)

      Rob, it’s pretty obvious by now that Celsius is still alive and very active. Tell your friend Simon Dixon that the Cel community is aware of his proposal , however until Celsius is communicating officially his relentless tweets are now looking VERY suspicious and work against him. Let’s face it, de-fi without Celsius and Alex is going to be in shambles and Simon Dixon doesn’t cut the mustard in being a leader figure.

      Things DO NOT look good long term as well – Crypto golden days are gone; All scammers, pump and dumpers made their money; new macro is higher rates, more regulations, so called 'alpha' (which is basically pump and dumps in a fancy way) is gone. The next decade macro will be very very different. Good luck giving hopium to folks on 'Oh Crypto will give you 10-100x returns!". What a bunch of idiots.

      These billionaires will run out of money quick after they bailout these platforms and everyone immediately withdrawals all their money. And they know it. I’ll be surprised if the retail investors get anything back. But I really hope they do.

      Another great coverage by ROB!! Finally I am hearing some voices about CEL, and it is also because it is apparent that CEL is making great positive strikes forward battling its crisis, again radio silence yes, onchain silence NO. The amount of loan repayment done over a week is worth the applaud, altho the crisis is far from over. Sending all the positive shoutouts to the CEL team to overcome this and emerge stronger.
