      I had a terrible experience with a builder once, too. Had to get a lawyer to put pressure on the builder to honor his contract and finish the house the way it was supposed to be. That builder is no longer in business. Guess he bit off more than he could chew

      dude you should try to do the off grid solar yourself to save you a little $$$! If I'm not mistaken as long as your solar is not connected to the grid you dont need a permit and you can build these systems as big as you want! Also now a days you can buy cheap and easy plug and play devices without having to work with any dangerous live wires! I recommend you check out will prowse on the growatt all in one inverters and jehu garcia on building cheap battery banks!

      My electric company just gave me a form to fill out to get commercial rates. Here is the caveat… They are telling me I need a minimum of 50k kwh monthly to get the new rate (which is likely .05 – .06 cent) …
      I don't think people understand how challenging it is to do what you're doing. This is only one step that Im working on now and it's a pain in my arse because I dont have that much equipment yet… Working on my third Bitmain asic now
