Great video as always, but this time i did catch a fundamental miss understanding about how PoS cryptos work. You say that PoS cryptos, similar to fiat, can print or mint more supply if the given circumstances ocurre. You are confusing the consensus mechanism with the supply rules established. There are both PoW cryptos with an elastic supply, inflationary supply and deflationary supply, as well as PoS cryptos. For example, Etherium was an elastic supply crypto wile it was PoW, it has now become deflationary as it transitioned to PoS. On the other hand Cardano and Algorand are both fixed supply cryptos and they use some variation of the PoS consensus mechanisms (45 billion ADA, and 10 billion ALGO)
