My crypto portfolio is in the toilet (just like everyone else here, don’t lie) but I do know that in 2020 I was lucky enough to buy a brand new house in a good neighborhood in the Central Valley of California and got in at a good price and 2.375% rate which I will never likely see again. I will use up every last second of the 30 years to pay that last payment and it will be chump change by the time we get to 2050 after all the insane money printing to take place between now and then😂

Here in Canada, Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto and Montreal, new construction (housing, multi family, condo projects, etc) are down 15-20% per year for past 2yrs, rents going up. Whats holding market is scarcity. Anx, retail, food, etc are up 30-50% per year past 2yrs. But salaries havent followed. Simple accounting: costs are incredibly higher, revenues not following, restaurants +hotels half empty, … savings down, credit cards full, … Powell is like any business owner: he can’t straight out say « things are not good » except when he needs to raise interests to calm down overheat in aspects of economy. Current inflation isn’t one of a real/normal high demand, but one of a artificially and fake post-covid economy!!! 😢😢😢

Everyone tends to flock to digital silver and digital gold, litecoin and bitcoin, when things aren't going well. Litecoin is basically the same as bitcoin. Both have Proof-of-Work consensus, and both have limited supply of coins. Only that litecoin is lighter, swifter, and so far hugely undervalued with regards to bitcoin. Litecoin (LTC) being a digital commodity provides a decent inflation hedge as well because there will be mined only a limited number of 84 million litecoins in total.7
This channel has turned into a salt mine. Dan thinks its ridiculous for BTC to reach 50-70k on the heels of ETFs? That just seems logical. No, not within the first week, but certainly within 3-4 months after ETFs are approved it is possible, even likely.
