Are you going to get the surgery for your herniated disc Rob? I had 2 levels of fusion back in 2010 from L4-5 to S1. Not gonna lie, it is brutal, and you have to put in the work after the surgery for the best outcome, but it beats putting up with the pain and nerve related issues you are going through. I'm sure the surgery has improved a lot since 2010. Hang in there, I know what you're dealing with!

If I were to take profits every time btc shoots up a few percentage points I would be down because my purchases are so small the fees would eat my “profits”.
Why are you not mentioning Masterworks like before?
It crashed down because around $38k is the ceiling before the halving. The only way I'd believe we're actually in a bull run without any correction is if we stay above 38k for at least a day or two.
