for false statements and abuse of power
in a crypto case yesterday Ripple
challenges now dur a motion in the court
the sec’s 2 billion fine and they propos
a $10 million settlement instead xrp has
been beaten down and suppressed because
of this case that has been outstanding
for several
years xrp did not make an all-time high
like every crypto did a couple of years
ago last bull run because of this court
case suppressed the price of
xrp Ripple won the majority part of this
whole lawsuit which that defined xrp is
not a security that the SEC says xrp is
a security it’s actually not judged tour
is Def find that last summer which shot
up the price to $1 very quickly it did
end up coming down because of this final
part of this lawsuit which is if the
sales to the institutions were
Securities how much of a fine should it
be and guess what the SEC is not looking
good they’re getting sanctioned Now by
judges they’re losing cases case after
case after case Ripple is looking like
they’re setting up for a massive victory
iory which in my opinion is going to
Skyrocket the price massively of xrp I
do believe we will break alltime highs
this cycle which will be around
$337 so the final date for this whole
Core case is May 6 after which date the
judge is going to make his or her
decision which I believe it is a her
judge torus in this case correct me if
I’m wrong is going to make the Judgment
of how much or whether there is going to
be any fines are at all paid with ripple
to the SEC I would imagine and presume
that there will be some minor fines
minor fees maybe a portion of the sales
to institutions were potential
Securities I don’t know whether they
were unlawful there should there be some
fines I would imagine that they will
probably that the judge is going to
potentially Grant this $10 million
settlement if that were to be the case
if this is the
case Sky the the price of xrp is going
to Skyrock it’s going to go crazy my
opinion it’s not Financial advice so I
am expecting some point very very soon
ladies and gentlemen the price of xrp to
double and to start heading up to $2 to
$3 and Beyond once xrp actually starts
to break out and this thing starts to
take off like salana did and like some
other coins did because this project
here has a massive use case so many use
cases they’re about to have their own
stable coin I mean so many great things
with ripple and with xrp and xrp right
now is just being suppressed whenever
you see a price just stagnant not moving
like let me show you an example I think
xrp is going to see something similar to
this I think I mean if we take a look at
salana it reached over $200 but it
reached a low of $8 I think salana is
very similar price action to what xrp is
likely to experience and once it just
doubled it reached um $30 then it
reached $200 $210 I’m thinking that we
are going to see something similar to
what salana did because there actually
is a use case this thing is used by
Banks and institutions countries around
the world I’m expecting xrp to reach $3
to7 this bull run those are my price
targets they’re conservative some people
are projecting $10,000 per coin some
crazy numbers I don’t think are quite
realistic they are possible but I would
humbly say that $3 to7 is going to be my
price Target where I’m looking to take a
bunch of profits this bull run for xrp
and I think can be done quite easily
after they win this case after they win
this settlement we can see the xrp is
one of the best performing coins the
past couple of weeks with the market
crashing with all this news INF fud but
xrp is is moving up and yesterday it
pumped up to about 58 cents so I’m
confident that xrp is going to be one of
the best performing coins this cycle
it’s being suppressed it’s been
suppressed for many years because of
this loss which is now about to be over
with honestly in just a couple of weeks
potentially so it is looking very good
