Hi all! I’m trying to be more frugal this year and fitness is an aspect i normally spend money on. I was able to build a small home gym in my house (very small, a couple of weights max 50lbs, small barbell rack no safety bars, and a barbell). Lately i got a gym membership and ive been using it. I can afford paying for it but due to my immunicomprised situation i’ve been wearing a mask and noticed that i get tired easily because of this. Do you guys think it’s worth it to keep this mebership so i can use more weights and machines or stick to my very small home gym. TIA

I would recommend investing in your home gym, especially when you consider a long-term return. If you can find good deals for quality products, then you are going to like your home gym. I used the Koupon app to get deals frequently, they got a collection for fitness and outdoors. You will find what you want there. Try it out! 🙂

I’ve found the best bet for excercise is the one I’m most comfortable doing. For example, I love to walk but if it’s cold or windy I’m miserable. Which excercise experience do you enjoy more? Put your energy there.
