Women in Mining Brasil is a movement that aims to expand and strengthen the participation of women in the Brazilian mineral industry. Also called WIM Brasil, it arose from the need to create an active structure, in which the commitment to gender inclusion is a constant agenda within the sector and the vision of the future is directed in a responsible and inclusive manner.
This event will launch the Brazilian Action Plan with international organizations operating in the Brazilian mining industry, creating visibility with industry leaders to drive further engagement on its implementation, building a more inclusive industry. It will also recognize companies committed to gender inclusion, showcase their progress and importance of having industry collaborating and working together to achieve sustainable results.
