ETORO CRYPTO WALLET 2020 Review
I’ve been avoiding making videos about the eToro Crypto wallet for quite some time 🙂 It seemed complicated, and I was already using working alternatives which I’d got familiar with…
But, people kept asking, and eToro rolled out the wallet some time ago ,so it seemed like time to get into it and see how it worked. The wallet itself is a mobile wallet – a ‘custodial’ wallet, which means that ultimately, eToro is still responsible for the security of your cryptos.
Moving cryptos from eToro was simple enough, except there’s a major hassle around having to use specific funding methods to buy the cryptos which you’d like to transfer. I’m not sure why this requirement is there, but it took me ages to work out what was actually required.
Once I had worked that out though, and actually moved the cryptos to the eToro wallet, things went much more smoothly as I managed to transfer different cryptos back and forth from the eToro wallet to another wallet. It worked.
Certain forms of passive income aren’t available in the eToro wallet as they are in others – YET, but I’d imagine eToro is working on it…
