Position: 6000 shares
Preface: In recent months Ondas Holdings Incorporated has seen a rapid surge of its share price and market valuations. From a recent low of 69 cents on the 20th of March to almost hitting 4 dollars on Friday, this stock has seen a 414% increase (as per the Friday close of 3.55), however I do believe that ONDS has much much further room to grow, as I will explain in this post.
Addressing the Elephant in the room
A surge of 414% from the absolute lows is a massive increase, and many fellow regards would tell me “Pack it up, it’s already mooned. Another memestock to be rugpulled on lmao”
I tend to disagree, not only do I disagree with putting ONDS as a memestock, but I also believe that ONDS has not yet begun to showcase just how much they can grow. YES, the share price has soared, but I believe that in the coming months and years we will see the valuation of the company increase further, with incoming government contracts, partnerships and a much stronger balance sheet.
Little to no risk of dilution at these prices
- KLEAR: For non-dilutive working capital to fuel growth in defense and drone technologies. KLEAR serves as Ondas’ preferred working capital finance partner. The collaboration provides non-dilutive financing, meaning it allows Ondas and its affiliated companies to access liquidity without issuing new equity or diluting existing shareholders’ stakes. This is achieved through KLEAR’s embedded capital tools, liquidity planning, and treasury management infrastructure, designed to reduce financial friction for smaller suppliers and technology innovators who often face restricted access to credit markets.

ONDS Future Plans
- The investment of Rift Dynamics (producer of drones in Norway) and their Wåsp Drone is a crucial and cheap to drone warfare for FPV drones. Eric Brock, the CEO of Ondas Holdings Inc., is expected to join the Board of Directors of Rift Dynamics AS upon the closing of a strategic investment and partnership agreement between the two companies. The partnership grants Ondas' subsidiary, American Robotics(iron drone), exclusive distribution rights for Rift Dynamics' Wåsp drone platform in the U.S. defense market. source: https://www.riftdynamics.io/
- Optimus System (AI-powered autonomous drone platform) and Iron Drone Raider (counter-drone system), targeting industrial, defense, and homeland security markets. The company plans to increase production to meet a $28.7 million order backlog, including $14.3 million for Optimus Systems and $8.0 million for Iron Drone Raiders.
- The company is growing its operational footprint in the U.S. and Europe, with additional demonstrations planned in the coming months, and targeting engagements in the Middle East and Asia, including NATO countries and major governmental clients. with successful drone pilot programs in Europe and Asia, particularly for the Iron Drone Raider system, which completed tests in five operational scenarios. The company sees significant opportunities in NATO countries and other regions due to shifting defense spending policies.
- aims to strengthen its presence in defense, homeland security, public safety, and critical infrastructure markets. This includes expanding its Iron Drone Raider system, which has shown success in live combat environments and secured a $3.4 million order in Europe.
- Ondas is committed to advancing its AI-powered drone technologies and private industrial wireless networks. The company aims to lead in drone-as-a-service and counter-UAS (unmanned aerial systems) technologies, capitalizing on rising global demand, particularly in defense and rail communication sectors
- Partnerships with companies like Detroit Manufacturing Systems and Palantir Technologies aim to boost U.S. drone production and integrate AI-powered solutions, respectively. scaling of its autonomous drone platforms, such as the Optimus 1-Ex, which received historic U.S. FAA Type Certification.
Competitors and future of the Industry
– Skydio and DJI. Both are private companies that make drones and their own software.
– UAVs(Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) are a growing industry in modern times especially for modern warfare and defense. Also they’re (wasp) cheap and disposable to use, making for companies to produce them at mass of thousands at the ready to deploy.
– The commercial drone market is on a steep upward trajectory. By 2025, the market is estimated to reach $40.6 billion, surging to $57.8 billion by 2030. Key segments include:
- Services: Projected at $29.4 billion by 2025, encompassing flight operations, engineering, training, and consulting.
- Hardware: Valued at $6.7 billion by 2025, the fastest-growing segment.
- Software: Expected to hit $1.7 billion by 2025.
- Public Safety and Emergency Response: Increased use in border security, disaster management, and firefighting, also U.S. Army exercises and NATO operations.
- Infrastructure and Inspections: Autonomous scans using lidar and thermal imaging for energy, construction, and urban planning.
- Tools for predicting windy urban conditions to support air taxis and crowded skies.
- In August 2025, the FAA proposed a rule to normalize BVLOS (Beyond Visual Line Of Sight) operations, enabling broader uses like package delivery and public safety while enhancing safety.

TLDR;
For Regards who don’t have the time to read this: Ondas is positioning itself as a key defense & industrial drone player with non-dilutive financing, proven partnerships, global expansion, and product certification milestones. The mix of FAA policy shifts, NATO demand, and scalable low-cost drone platforms could create a multi-year growth runway, especially if execution stays consistent.
