More than 4 million boomers will hit 80 in the next five years, and occupancy at both active adult and assisted living communities is already rising fast: growth would necessitate 100,000 new beds each year through 2040

All at the same time the boomers are saying college is worthless while they’re going to need all those nurses and doctors that won’t be available.

Those boomers overwhelmingly voted for the Political party that want to end both our meager national pension aka Social Security and Medicare.

But these boomers hold valuable real estate that will be sold to pay for 2-3 years of substandard care at poorly regulated facilities, with a minimal amount of medical care, passing out pain meds instead of treating the diseases.
