What plastic bags to use for small trash cans?

I was using the ones from grocery stores (and sometimes takeouts), but since I switched to fabric shopping bags (and stopped doing takeouts so much), my supply from the olden days is running out.

I actually don't mind buying actual trash bags, but they're usually either really large or a tad too small. Should I just buy the ones that grocery stores and takeout places use? Are there actual trash bags that's the right size I don't know about?
