Hi everyone, I'm interested in investing (DCAing) some cash into bitcoin per week at 15 years old and I plan on holding it long term. It was on sale so I've bought a trezor model one hardware wallet, hope this wasn't a bad choice. I'm thinking about putting in about £10-20 per week. What's the best way to buy bitcoin or is it just a bad idea to buy now?

Its not legal to buy bitcoin at 15 from a regulated exchange
Best option is to speak with a parent or another adult and let them help you. Its wise to tell them that you want to start saving for college or a future business and want to invest in stocks(index fund), Bitcoin , and a fiat savings in preparation. Most parents will have no problem helping you and even be proud when you invest this way.

If using a DEX like bisq or robosats you will need to have a small amount of btc to get started though

Bisq 2 allows you to buy without a security deposit :

yeah it’s a decent cold wallet. I hope you bought directly from trezor. Your age is a problem, even if you are able to buy, you are likely to have problems when withdrawing. There are some non-KYC exchanges but it’s still a risk. crypto exchanges are just one of those things where even the most legit investors get into (unnecessary) trouble with KYC, so I’d try asking an trusted adult to invest on your behalf and then you can (guide them to) withdraw the btc into your cold wallet.
Not a bad move at all 👍 stacking a little BTC each week (DCA) is exactly how a lot of long-term investors do it. Your Trezor is fine — secure and simple for holding. At 15 you can’t KYC on most exchanges yet, so you’ll probably need to buy through a parent/guardian account or use gift card/on-ramp options. As for timing — nobody can time the market, but DCA takes the stress out of “is now good?” Just keep it small, consistent, and safe.
Kinda bad idea. $10/mo not gonna change weather
Better to invest in yourself, hone your skills, get a degree and find a decent job in future
