So I was driving home last weekend on my motorcycle and was hit by a woman who cut across three lanes of traffic and was clearly on her phone. I ended up suffering a deep laceration to my left knee that required stitches, a secondary laceration on my head that required staples, a pneumomediastinum (air in my chest), and a fractured ankle and shoulder to go with several patches of road rash. She was insured through progressive and they’ve already switched the BI adjuster three times, is that normal?

So did you learn your lesson, and quit riding motorcycles?
