Any suggestions on where to find online clients that need marketing help? I Dm on Instagram but haven’t landed a client yet.
I was a director in a different field and left because I wanted to do this instead. I started the marketing field with web design, then expanded into copywriting, and I love to do things like funnels- sales pages, lead magnets, opt-in pages, automations, strategy, reel scripts but can do other marketing tasks.

Finding clients online can feel like a maze at first. IG DMs are tough because most brands get spammed daily. What worked better for me was:
Hanging out with comunities of IG
Offering free 1-2 audits
Then moving to long-term paid work once they saw results.
Sure, but what service are you attempting to market?
To make client acquisition easier, I would start with providing one service (eg. Copywriting) and start offering that service on a freelance platform to gain experience and build your portfolio.
From that experience, you will be able to get more clarity about your offer, where you can help add value, and for whom.
