I'm 28 years old, and my spouse and I bought our dream house two years ago. Since having a baby, we're thinking it might be better to move closer to my parents to have more support. Would it be better to sell our current house now or wait and sell later in the future? How often do people typically move or sell their houses? I feel so bad that I'm thinking of selling my dream house.

You’re likely going to lose money. You can decide if proximity is worth it.
Bad market to sell in. That said, you’ll find another dream house, or 10, in your lifetime.
Dreams arent stagnate. Once you acheive one dream you can keep dreaming. If your variables change your goals/dreams will naturalky evolve.
Are you working full time and is child care a concern with budgeting? What’s the full story here?
We moved back to Indiana when our baby was 6 months old thinking our parents would help. Turns out they were not very much help.
How far and how close we talking?
I wouldn’t move. Your parents want to raise more kids?
