W4 mistake – help please

Oh no, just realized my husband did NOT put “yes” for multiple jobs/spouse works.

Both of us put married filing jointly.

He makes $150,000 and claimed 2 kids under 17 and 1 kid at 17 (so $4500) with deduction at $2,311 based on last return.

Me: I make 46,000 and claimed nothing (left step 3 and 4 blank)

Now how much will we owe on taxes??? I’m so scared.
