Never got my taxes

I filed an extension and then filed my taxes in July 2024 I never received anything or a letter in the mail saying I needed corrections an now we’re in October. I tried to call the tax agent that helped me file and she’s ignoring me lol
Any ideas what I can do? When I fill out the prompts on the irs website to find the status of my return it never shows anything
Is there anyone I can talk to about this?"
