    1. What do you mean by “haven’t updated residency”? Do you still have a home in Oklahoma? Do you still go back to live there when you are not working?

If, like most people, you mean that you haven’t gotten a new driver license, that just makes you a traffic law violator, not a non-resident. Moving out of your old state and into a new state is what makes you a resident of the new state. Getting a new drivers license is just one piece of evidence of your intentions, it is not what makes you a resident. Also, most states require you to get a new license within a month or so of moving in.

    2. You’ll likely need to file as a part-year Oklahoma resident, paying tax on the income you received while you lived there.

If you haven’t changed jobs, then you should tell your employer about your move, in part so that they stop withholding Oklahoma tax from your paychecks.
