I currently claim my parents as dependents on taxes and have been able to for past couple years.
My question is as newly engaged is, if/when I get married, will i lose this ability? Will me and my spouse just have to file separately?

You won’t be able to file head of household. You might be able to file married joint and still claim them. Do they live with you or are supported by you?
