So he was born in September of 2025, we took custody of him October 14th, so he does pass the 50% of his life test.
But as for 50% support? We do get a “reimbursement stipend” for about $1000 a month, does he qualify?

The reimbursements are support provided by someone other than you; you can only count what you aren’t reimbursed for. In California, it’s easy to imagine housing costs, diapers, formula, etc. still get you over 50%.
