Freetaxact Other Income issues

I have done my taxes for the last 3 years on Freetaxact without issue. My taxes never change, W-2 and 1099. Every year same thing. This year it added $2,500 in "Other Income". I went through and check them like 3 times and none are checked.

I sent in an email, I am not looking for pay for the chat feature. Just curious if there is an issue or if I am lucky enough to deal with it.
