Tax return lost in mail- next steps?

I had to mail an old state tax return from 2022 in the mail and it seems like Fed Ex managed to lose it. I work in tax and have used this service before for clients but of course the one time I use it for myself the package gets lost. Looks like it’s been out for delivery for 7 days at this point so either it’s lost or it just wasn’t scanned when it was delivered. I’m hoping it’s the latter but there’s not much I can do at this point. I didn’t owe money and was just due a small refund. Should I just wait and see if my online account updates to reflect that it was received?

This has honestly been a huge headache for something that I brought upon myself as the tax department never reached out to me about the missing return. I only made 20k that year and this has been a huge hassle. Not sure what to do next as I don’t want to create another mess by sending a duplicate return.
