Hi all, accepted 2/4 and still processing for me. Anyone still in the same boat? I’m getting really concerned. I called and there is nothing wrong with my taxes just delayed.
You’re not alone on this. I’ve been seeing quite a few NY IT-203 returns take longer this year, even when everything is correct.
If they already told you there’s no issue, it’s usually just stuck in processing or a manual review queue. NY tends to move slower with non-resident filings.
The timeline can easily stretch past what they initially estimate, so it’s frustrating but not unusual. As long as your status hasn’t changed to something like “needs action,” it’s generally just a waiting game.

I was accepted on 2/5 and have received no movement whatsoever – based on other reddit threads – this seems to be common this year for some reason. Very frustrating. 🙁
