Can I count these real estate activities towards qualifying for Real Estate Professional (REPs) status?

Can someone with experience in this matter confirm if I can count below activities towards getting qualified for 750+ hours REPS requirement?

a) Time spent creating real estate related content on social media (e.g., recording and editing real estate-related reels focused on attracting clients, such as the home buying process, buyer/seller tips etc.). While some of my reels are property listings specific (which I am quite sure can count towards 750+ hours requirement); others offer generic real estate tips to attract more clients.

b) Time spent advertising my business (e.g., presenting at exhibitions, posting my services in Facebook groups, and similar marketing efforts)
