I only have W2’s from one of the two jobs I had in 2025. Do I still file my taxes?

I had two jobs on 2025. I have W2’s for one of those jobs. The other one has a payroll service center in India and they royally screwed up my W2’s. They didn’t even get the state I live in correct. I have been trying to get them to fix it with very slow responses from them. Finally, I started to nag them more and more and now I think I’m talking to the correct person. But they are telling me it will take 8 – 12 weeks for me to get a corrected W2.

Firstly, does this extremely long time frame make sense to anyone? It seems like an outrageously long period of time for a fix like this.

Secondly, do I still file taxes with just the one W2? Is there anything else I need to do to be compliant with my taxes?

Third, is my employer breaking the law by not being timely with this correction? If I were to get in trouble with the IRS can I take legal action against them?
