Innocent spousal relief from financial advisor

My spouse and I had a rental property that we never paid income taxes on. Never claimed it. She said we didn’t have to put cash on taxes. I’m now divorcing her and her attorney is saying I owe her a bunch of money because of it. She’s a series 7/63 licensed fiduciary. Can I amend my taxes and claim innocent spouse because of her job?
