Filed my federal and state returns a couple weeks back and just received a 1099-MISC a couple days ago for $600. I used freetaxusa and scheduled my tax payments right before 4/15. Should I amend now before I make the payments to include the 1099? Or what’s the best course of action

Yes file an amendment and update your payments accordingly.
