I do my taxes every year thru Free Tax USA. This is the first year that I'm getting a K1 with income on it. I know I need to file for an extension as I don't have the K1 yet, but just learned that I still have to pay my (estimated) taxes on time. Would you all recommend I just go through the whole process on Free Tax to see what I owe and then just not submit at the end since I'm doing the extension? Hopefully this question makes sense… just trying to figure out how to know what to owe without actually filing.

Yes. And include the income you expect from the k-1.
My k1 is coming on the 8th! Cutting it so close but I’m going to file!
So this is the other thing with that K-1. I actually had to make quarterly tax payments all last year, so the taxes have already been paid. So I think I’ll just be reporting what I paid then?
