Lately I’ve been noticing something weird- AI isn’t just making things faster, it’s letting small teams do things that used to feel completely out of reach. Stuff that would’ve needed a full-time hire (or even an agency) is now getting done in hours.

At the same time, there’s a lot of noise. For every genuinely useful workflow, there are 10 gimmicks that don’t translate into real business impact. I’ve been trying to focus less on the tools themselves and more on outcomes- what actually drives revenue, saves meaningful time, or unlocks something that just wasn’t feasible before.

So curious, what’s the most impressive result you’ve achieved using AI in your business?

AI for social media contents (simple videos/pics although I still produce most of them without it but it’s helpful during emergency).
