I’m curious, what is the slowest and most time consuming or tedious aspect of real estate? Whether it be residential or commercial, what part of the process takes the longest for you all either as professionals or buyers/renters that you wish wasn’t as slow. And why do you think that process takes the time it does currently?
I’m curious to hear everyone’s thoughts on this.

This is entirely different in areas with 20 days average to sell and 100 days, and in different economic climates, and countries. I dont know how one could answer generally.
