      This version is supported by the voice recording of the Sepah Navy warning off a warship. That recording hasn’t been debunked. So it’s probably close to the truth.

      Where was the stern warning when the strike groups were blowing up the rest of your ships lol…?

      Well their 2nd and 3rd point is straight up wrong

      U.S.S. Michael Murphy was blaring its AIS the whole time when i was checking marinetraffic. I assumed they would too.

      The whole idea was they could move thru the strait, not be attacked and then transit back out. They never planned on staying

      I would argue the last point, if the US is in international or Oman water, Iran isn’t defending anything because these US ships aren’t in Iranian waters.

      The second bullet about the AIS is hilarious. US Navy ships never turn on their AIS, and infact one of the destroyers intentionally turned it on in the Strait to show they were transiting it.

      It’s amazing how much the Trump administration is losing the propaganda war.

      It should be noted to have a healthy dose of skepticism on what either side says. But it shows something that Iran is confident enough to say this out loud.

      To be honest recently I’ve trusted Iran’s commentary a lot more than the United States.  

      Remember Trump posted that he agreed to the 10 points ceasefire.  He said that. Now they act like he didn’t post that.

      I don’t want to give anyone any credit because all of this is stupid, but I’m pretty sure they sailed those destroyers in basically daring Iran to attack them so they can justify escalated aggression/ strikes. Really glad Iran had the sense not to attack those ships.

      The one thing for certain, is that we the people have more in common with the Iranian people than either group has in common with the leadership. The “leaders” are playing very shitty games of spin and narrative control, with real lives and people as the pieces.
