Whenever I purchase something, no matter how big or small, I make it a point to keep track of the price adjustment and guarantee policy. Most vendors will offer 30-day adjustment, and some others will be even more generous. Some will even offer guarantees for other retailers.
So, even if you got this fantastic deal, keep checking back on the price of the item. Sometimes there's additional sales, promos or coupons and will yield even more savings.

Heads up, I believe Target is undoing or has undone their price match policy. I only shop there because I receive an employee discount. Some of the generic name staples are reasonably priced, but otherwise I don’t recommend Target for frugal consumers.
I saved $200 this way last year. Bought a new mattress at Costco and it went on sale that month.
