How much money do you guys lose each month and why?

i was an intern at a web dev agency and they were getting good response on their ads and leads were coming in but still they were losing money, when i asked the reason to one of the people actually working there then they said, "the team is not able to contact the lead as soon as possible they take hours to do it, so leads either forget that they filled a form or find our competitor"….. so built them a tool solving the problem which increased call booking rate and they offered me a job there 🙂
