What are some trustworthy surplus websites for machinery/vehicles?

Hello. I am looking for a placed to buy used old maybe even not running tractor and a pickup truck. I would like to get a retired city vehicle because they usually maintain their fleet periodically and I have had experience with a used cable truck that ran perfectly. I would love to look for something local if possible. Facebook marketplace is lacking. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
