Leveraged ETFs and trading policies

Hi all,

I recently started a position that is subject to a trading policy, whatever is bought must be held for 30 days.

I forgot about this policy entirely and precleared purchase for a 3x leverage ETF. I’m curious if anyone else has bought a leveraged or higher risk security under a hold policy and if it worked out/were you allowed to sell out of it ?
