Will my PAYE payment change when I file my taxes if I auto consented for them to certify my income?

I just switched from SAVE to PAYE and my first payment is due this month. I switched before filing my taxes so it’s based on last years AGI. If I file my taxes will my payment automatically increase or does it stay the same for 12 months? I swear I could not get a direct answer on this from nelnet or dept ed. I was planning on filing for an extension on my taxes to avoid my payment leaping right away but obviously it would be best to just file them. Thank you
