Taxslayer won’t let me download 2025 return?

I used FreeTaxUsa and they need my 2024 return but Taxslayer won't give it to me. The Tax Home page is just "let's start your 2025 return!" There's no scrolling down to download my 2024 return. I already paid FreeTaxUsa, it's all filled there out except for this.
