I am in partnership for a nail salon and was wondering how do other people unclog spray nozzles and whether its worth the time or should we just buy a bunch of replacements. If there's an easy way to unclog them then I would rather just try that first before going to an online site like Made in China, alibaba or amazon and purchasing something that might not fit or that will not be what we want?

We have tried the shaking and hot water method, any other tactics that people know are like 100% to work please share them, because I am getting really sick of this. I think if there's thicker residue then it won't work and so I was thinking of using warm water or soaking in vinegar or alcohol to help break things down better> own a nail salon and we go through a ton of spray bottles, and the nozzles keep clogging up from product buildup. And is it worth taking the nozzle apart, or does that usually damage it?

methods to unclog spray nozzles that actually work?

    1. My experience is with spray paint nozzles so don’t know if that would apply to your use. Basically, every time I use a spray paint can, I wipe down the nozzle with mineral spirits or acetone. I soak a paper towel and press it into the nozzle and that does the trick for me.

    2. Clean them with whatever chemicals you use to remove those products from other things. You don’t tell us whats in the bottles or what material the nozzles are made of so it’s hard to really help you.
