Just a motivational to anyone who is starting o invest. My journey started about 4-5 years ago. I’ve been very blessed and in this time I’ve bought 2 homes (2 rentals) and one of them I house hack to lower my over head. Working on my last little consumer debt (my last little bit of student loans) but in all this time I’ve been able to slowly save and grow to 65k !! Between my Roth 401k, traditional 401k (split) and my taxable brokerage. And this year gunna work on maxing out my newly made Roth IRA !! Slowly but surely small wins compound and I’m so excited to see and imagine where I can be in 3-5 years (if the lord give me life) !!
Don’t give up guys ! Let’s do this !

At age 27 we was married with our first baby and barely getting by.
Looking back now – at 27 I wish I had the knowledge of investing and finance all you young-in’s have how – ha !
