Hi guys js wondering if it would be worth it to take out 150k in loans (200k ish w interest)? I love USC but I need to know if its a good idea to do this. I got into Viterbi and am doing Industrial and Systems Engineering. It's 100k a year net cost, and my parents are willling to cover 40k, I'd cover 15k ish w job (summer, internship, part time student worker)
I would live at home after graduation and my income could go all towards paying off my debt. The expected income would be 90k, potentially even more if I get my masters in a year through their program (it would be a net total of 4 years at USC since I'd get my BS in 3 years thanks to AP credit). So I guess I could pay it all back in about 5 years
please let me know if it's worth it!
