    One challenge I’m thinking through: When customers request a cleaning job, is it better to:

    let multiple providers send quotes (bidding model), or

    show one or two pre-matched options with clear pricing?

      Ngl, bidding models are the fastest way to make actual pros hate your platform. It’s usually just a race to the bottom on price, and you end up with the “I’ll do it for $20 and a sandwich” crowd who does a mid job. Direct booking is the move—most people just want to click a button and have their house not be a mess, not negotiate like they’re at a bazaar.
